Naina Rawat

Under the banner “Adding life, through brushes,” Naina Rawat is a visual artist who treats almost any surface as an invitation. Her practice moves easily across canvas painting, watercolour and hand-decorated bottles, alongside custom pieces made to order — a range that speaks to an artist happiest when she is experimenting rather than settling into a single formula.

What ties the work together is a simple, generous instinct: to add colour and warmth to everyday objects and spaces. Whether she is layering a watercolour wash or reimagining a plain bottle as something worth keeping, Naina’s work carries the small, deliberate marks of a real hand at play — the kind of care that can’t be mass-produced.

That spirit sits close to the heart of KalaCUBE, the artist marketplace grown from Musée Living and the walls of the Musée Art Café in Dehradun, where original, human-made work is championed over the machine-made. Naina’s customisable, made-with-love approach is exactly the kind of practice these roots were built to support.
