Sculpting soul into clay and resin

Working under the name Theamazingcraftsmen, this Uttarakhand-based artist is a sculptor at heart, building figures from materials that range across polymer clay, resin and epoxy clay, among many more. For him, as he puts it, an artwork is the embodiment of the soul of an artist — and each hand-built piece carries exactly that kind of care and character.

His work has a wonderfully playful, pop-culture streak. Turning red, made in epoxy resin and acrylic paint, sits alongside a gallery of collectible-style figures: the Crime master gogo bobble head, an Ace ventura resin sculpture, a Deadpool bobble head, and the irresistible Baby groot and Baby yoda resin sculptures. It is craft that knows how to have fun, executed with a real sculptor's attention to form and finish.

Handmade craft like this is the beating heart of KalaCUBE. The platform grew out of Musée Living and the Musée Art Café in Dehradun, championing the makers of Uttarakhand and their tactile, three-dimensional work. We invite you to explore his sculptures and bobble heads and to collect a piece with genuine personality.
