“A art that you won't find easily ”

I am a recycling ♻️ artist I create things from the waste i get on roads or jungles. Bringing out the best possible art piece is my work. Making the thing into something very different is my passion My art takes months to come out.

Shashank Goel is a handicraft artist based in Mussoorie with an unusual and admirable practice: he makes art out of what the rest of us throw away. "I am a recycling artist," he writes. "I create things from the waste I get on roads or jungles." For him the challenge is transformation itself — "making the thing into something very different is my passion" — and that reinvention is the heart of everything he makes.

It is patient, deliberate work. "Bringing out the best possible art piece is my work," he says, adding that a single creation "takes months to come out." That slowness is the point: each finished object is one of a kind, shaped by hand from found and discarded material into something you genuinely "won't find easily." His is a practice built as much on care and time as on skill — an approach that gives every piece its own quiet story of where it came from.

Shashank is part of the artist community linked to Musée Art Café in Dehradun, the Musée Living venture that KalaCUBE grew out of. Follow his page to discover his recycled handicraft as new pieces arrive, and support a maker turning waste into art.
