Shivani Marothiya

Shivani Marothiya is an aspiring artist from a small village in Uttarakhand, and her work carries the quiet honesty of that origin. "My artworks are visual representations of my thought process," she says, "and day to day dialogues between me and my art." Under the banner "Drawing the desire," she treats each piece as a conversation rather than a performance.

That inward, searching quality gives her titles their weight.
